Account Deletion

You may delete your TastePapa account and associated user data at any time. This document describes the deletion process and explains what data is removed and what may be retained.

1. Deleting Your Account from the App

To delete your account directly from the TastePapa mobile application:

  1. Open the TastePapa app.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm the action.

Account deletion is processed promptly, and your synced data is removed within thirty (30) days.

2. Deleting Your Account by Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you may submit a deletion request by email from the address associated with your account. Send your request to victor@tastepapa.com. If you contact us from a different email address, we may require you to verify ownership before processing the request.

5. Subscriptions

Deleting your TastePapa account does not cancel an active TastePapa Pro subscription. To cancel a subscription, you must do so through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. See the Subscription Terms for details.

6. Reinstatement

Account deletion is permanent. We cannot recover deleted user content. If you wish to use TastePapa again, you may create a new account at any time.
